Excellent read; funny, fast paced and great to take on holidays. I loved the way in which his characters gathered more depth as the book progressed and the story remained funny without being shallow.
DRIVEN TO DISTRACTION
I loved this book! Strong believable characters, really well thought-out story and a compelling read.
This is an excellent book with realistic characters and situations. The author's natural ability to create humorous situations and conversations makes for a great read.
A great follow up to Driven to Distraction, developing old and new characters with humour and warmth. Great twists and turns in the stories of the characters.
Born and raised in Essex, England, Stuart spent twenty years working as an accountant in the banking industry in London before giving it up to pursue a writing career full time.
He's always written and had previously won first prize in a local newspaper's short story competition, judged by best-selling author Martina Cole.
To achieve his dreams he also sold his house and returned to his parent's home to begin reworking a first
draft of a humorous novel he'd written set on a coach holiday. It became Driven to Distraction.
After writing two more humorous books Stuart moved on to an idea he'd had for a more upmarket type of novel. The result is Reflections, a psychological suspense story set around an unsolved missing child case.
With more novels of both genres in the pipeline, Stuart's career continues to go from strength to strength.
